职位介绍:1. Supervise logistic activities. Help colleague and subordinate to complete work efficiently.
2. Handle P/O placement and follow up with US head office and Chinese supplier.
3. Improve suppliers on time delivery.
4. Delivery cost optimize.
5. Work out P/O price issues with Sourcing department, technical issues with Engineering department.
6. Compile & prepare weekly report to US Headquarters for FOB dates, leadtime…
7. Handle domestic transportation, consolidation and customs declare.
8. Arrange QC inspection schedule according to P/O completion date.
9. Arrange shipment by FCL, LCL, consolidation, air-freight/ courier as required,
10. Prepare shipping documents, i.e. invoice, packing list , Bill of Lading
任职要求:1. University degree or above, major in logistics or economy/business management
2. Over 3years logistic experience. Experience with purchasing and outsourcing logistic is
preferable.
3. A mature manner to communicate with cross-function team to achieve business goal.
4. Good spoken and written English
5. Be active and available in the organization;
6. Analytical, open minded & innovative thinking;
7. Proactive, ability to organize structure and prioritize numerous tasks at the same time;
